1. ABOUT DETAILR

  • DetailR provides professional automobile detailing services including, but not limited to: car washing, interior cleaning, ceramic coating, graphene coating, PPF installation, anti-rust coating, Teflon coating, silencer coating and related services.
  • Services are offered at our branches in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (and any other locations we may add in future).

2. PURPOSE AND USE OF WEBSITE

  • This website is provided for:
      • Sharing information about DetailR and our services.
      • Allowing you to book or enquire about services.
      • Enabling you to contact us with questions or feedback.
  • You agree not to:
    • Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or accounts.
    • Upload, transmit, or post any defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive, or otherwise illegal content.
    • Post or send spam, chain letters, promotions, or unsolicited advertisements.

  • DetailR may suspend or restrict access to the website if we detect misuse or suspicious activity.

3. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on this website – including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, service descriptions and other materials (“Materials”) – is owned by DetailR or used with permission.
  • You may view and print portions of the website for personal, non-commercial use related to our services only.

4. BOOKINGS, PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • When you book a service (online, by phone, or in person), you agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle details.
  • Prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on:
    • Vehicle size and condition.
    • Additional work requested after inspection.
  • We will confirm the final price before starting work. For certain services (e.g., ceramic/graphene coating, PPF) an advance or booking fee may be required.
  • If payment is not made within the agreed time, DetailR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service.
  • Any discounts or offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

5. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us within the timeframe mentioned at the time of booking (for example, at least 24 hours before the appointment).
  • Late cancellations or “no-show” may result in loss of any advance/booking amount paid, or a cancellation fee, as communicated with your booking.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period; processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.
  • DetailR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of operational issues, staff unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternate slot or refund any advance received.

6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

  • DetailR always aims to perform services with due skill and professional care. However, results depend heavily on the initial condition of the vehicle.
  • You acknowledge that:
    • Pre-existing issues such as deep scratches, dents, rust, faded paint, stains, or interior wear may not be fully removable.
    • We cannot guarantee restoration to “brand-new” condition.
    • We are not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures that are unrelated to the detailing work.
  • Customers are encouraged to disclose known problems (e.g., repainted panels, aftermarket fittings, loose trims, modified electricals) before service begins.

7. VEHICLE CUSTODY, INSPECTION & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Before handing over your vehicle, please remove valuables and personal items. DetailR is not liable for loss of cash, electronics, or other belongings left inside the vehicle.
  • You must inform our team of any aftermarket accessories, fragile parts, or special instructions (for example, non-functional power windows, loose bumpers, faulty sensors).
  • On completion of the service, you should inspect the vehicle before leaving our premises. Any concerns should be reported immediately so they can be assessed on the spot.
  • While we take reasonable care of your vehicle, our responsibility is limited as set out in the Limitation of Liability section below.

8. COATING, PPF & WARRANTY TERMS (SUMMARY)

  • For ceramic/graphene coatings, PPF, and similar long-term protection services, we may provide specific warranty terms (such as duration and coverage) in a separate document or on the invoice.
  • Any such warranty is subject to conditions, which may include:
      • Following the recommended wash and maintenance schedule.
      • Avoiding abrasive chemicals or automatic car washes.
      • No repainting or bodywork on coated/PPF areas without prior consultation.
  • The warranty will generally not cover:
    • Damage from accidents, impacts, misuse, vandalism, or poor maintenance.
    • Stone chips, deep scratches, or external chemicals (e.g., bird droppings left unattended, acid rain, hard water stains).
  • In case of a valid warranty claim, our responsibility will be limited to repair or re-application of the affected area, as we deem appropriate.

9. COOKIES, PRIVACY & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

  • Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve performance and user experience. By using the site, you consent to this use, as described in our Privacy Policy (link to be inserted).
  • From time to time, the website may link to third-party sites (for example, payment gateways, social platforms). DetailR is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those sites.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DetailR, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the website or services.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Subject to applicable consumer laws, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, or such other location as may be specified based on the service location.
